Below are the procedures you can take to get help for onsite repairs

First step: Make an appointment using one of the above

Second step:  appointment confirmation

A technician will call you for clarity on appliance that is broken and set time and date of repair that a client is available.

Third step: Quotation and Servicing of your appliance

Our Technician will come to your place on a date and time agreed. A technician will diagnose your appliance and give you a quotation to repair. If a quotation is approved, a technician will procced with the repair. Our repair is six (6) months workmanship and parts guaranteed.

However, if you decided not to proceed with the repair after the inspection, you only pay call out fee (given during booking of an appointment and it vary based on how far do you stay from us).

Fourth step: Payment

You can pay either through cash or EFT after the technician is done with the repair
